Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
Active Curves Ltd knows that clothing comes in different sizes (even if the labels say the same size). We also get that you need to try on to make sure you get the right fit. This is why Active Curves offers a refund, exchange or credit on any unworn or faulty items that are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order (excluding postage).
Postage for returned items must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Active Curves Ltd (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Unfaulty returns must be sent with in the 14 days in a new and unused condition (with all labels attached); otherwise we may retain the item(s), & not refund them.
NOTE: We highly advise that you track your return as we cannot refund or exchange items that go missing in the post.
Once the returns are received at Active Curves Ltd, you will either be credited or automatically refunded to a bank account nominated by the purchaser (please include this in your returned item); this should be within 28 days or we can exchange for another item if requested by you. Unfortunately our credit card transaction company doesn't allow refunds to credit cards at this time.
Should you wish to exchange your return for an item that is of a higher value than the original purchase price (excluding postage), you will need to pay the difference prior to the exchange being sent to you.
If merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
Please consider any sales items carefully as we do not provide credit or refunds on sale items.
IMPORTANT: Please note that items purchased with LayBuy are NOT eligible for a refund. We will however happily provide you with a credit/gift certificate if the item is faulty or does not fit as long as the labels are still attached, it is unworn and is returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items purchased on sale, are not eligible for a refund.
It really helps us if you include your reason for return, and bank account details (if required) on a copy of the invoice when you return your item as if over 4 days we are unable to refund credit cards.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure all Sonsee intimate items are tried on carefully, whilst wearing your own underwear as these are not eligible for refund if they have been worn.
Active Curves Ltd reserves the right to refuse refunds if you change your mind and to refuse returns, refunds and exchanges if the product is not in its original condition or is returned outside the 2 week period. Items that are soiled (dirty, pet hair, smell of smoke, etc.), may require cleaning before being put back into stock. If items require professional cleaning, the cost of the cleaning may be deducted from your refund or value of your credit or exchange.
